COAST MEETINGS
Contemporary, quirky our Coast Meetings venue consists of five distinctive and vibrant meeting rooms in Portsmouth that allow you to focus on the key elements of Present • Discuss • Play. The concept celebrates its surroundings with each room paying homage to the activities that take place around the Island – kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing and paddleboarding.
The Coast Hub provides a truly unique training room with the King Arthur round swing boardroom table with hanging chairs suspended from the four-poster frame around the tabletop.
MEET
COAST Meetings
Located on the first floor, the COAST Hub sits above our other meeting spaces, perfect for business meetings and boasts views over the countryside towards the bridge and harbour.
Located on the first floor off of THE DECK, Windsurf has natural daylight, with windows to provide fresh air, so your delegates remain inspired, fresh and motivated.
Situated within The COAST, The Kite room is super for smaller meetings and also ideal as a syndicate to accompany the COAST HUB.

Our executive Surf (board) room with luxury wingback chairs, granite boardroom table for 10 delegates with your own butler service is located on the ground floors and is ideal for more formal gatherings.
With the exception of the Surf (Board) Room, all of the Coast spaces are located off of ‘The Deck’ a breakout space featuring our hospitality huts, where you are welcome to graze pick ‘n’ mix, ice-cream, fresh, warm popcorn, speciality teas, bean to cup coffee and a superb selection of bottled soft drinks.
Toilet facilities are also located off of the deck, and you will also find interesting diversions, to ensure you make the most of your break time including a retro arcade machine – anyone for PacMan?! and traditional deckchairs to relax in.
For guests using our Surf (Board) Room, we offer a complimentary Butler service, who will be delighted to deliver anything you require thought-out your day directly to your meeting room.
Event Suites
Situated on the ground floor, this suite offers access to our deck gardens, via the adjacent Conservatory. The floor to ceiling windows offer natural daylight to help your delegates remain comfortable and motivated.

Located on the ground floor, The Winchester Suite features natural daylight, with unique ‘star’ ceiling lighting, private bar and toilets nearby.

Overlooking Chichester harbour, our most prestigious venue, the Spinnaker Suite is located on the first floor, with lift access and wrap-around balcony, making the most of the picturesque location. It also benefits from its own separate bar and toilet facilities.

Meeting Spaces
The Albany Room is ideal for a business meeting of up to 14 in a boardroom configuration. Located on the ground floor with natural daylight and air-conditioning.
The Hamble Room is ideal for a training event, offering up to 22 in a u-shape configuration. Located on the ground floor with adjacent break-out area and air-conditioning.
The Arun Room can cater for up to 20 delegates in a classroom style. Located on the ground floor with adjacent break-out area and air-conditioning. Is also ideal as a syndicate to the adjacent Hamble Room.
