Breakfast
Breakfast will be served in the Waterside restaurant. My breakfast team are on hand to ensure your day starts in the right way. We may ask you to wait for a short period during peak times; 8.45 am – 10.00 am

Monday – Friday: 6.30 am – 10.00 am
Saturday – Sunday including bank holidays: 7.30 am – 10.30 am
Lunch
Lunch is also available in the Waterside lounge or courtyard deck garden.

Dinner
A reservation is essential and this can be booked at the Front Desk or with the Restaurant Host. You may also wish to reserve from the comfort of your room, by using the handy booking tool below.
If you wish to charge anything back to your bedroom account, please show the member of staff your key wallet; you will be requested to sign all charges as proof of purchase.

Club
The perfect place to relax, and maintain your fitness. Featuring an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Gym with dedicated cardio and free weights areas and a studio providing daily classes, complimentary to members and hotel residents – places are limited and therefore must be booked in advance.
Towels are not provided at the Club; we would ask you to use the towels provided in your bedroom. These can be replaced at Reception, or by calling ‘0’ from your room.

Children’s swim times: 7.00 am – 9.00 am, 11.00 am – 2.00 pm, 4.00 pm – 7.00 pm
Saturday – Sunday including bank holidays: 8.00 am – 8.00 pm

Please be aware that the last entry to the Club is 45 minutes prior to closure.

Front Desk
The Reception team are available 24 hours, you may contact them be calling ‘0’ from your room. You may wish to set up an account by pre-authorising a credit or debit card at Reception. Please be aware that the hotel does not accept cash.
Housekeeping
Please note that if you are staying more than one night with us, unless requested, your room will not be serviced. Should you require your room to be serviced please leave the service hanger on your door before 11.00 am or inform reception.
Policies
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our rooms if found to be smoking in the rooms there will be a penalty fee to pay.
Fire Alarm
Please note that we test our fire alarm weekly on Tuesday at 1.00 pm.

Payment
The resort does not accept cash. All major debit and credit cards are accepted including the use of digital wallets in pounds sterling.
